Marion Packett is the owner and principal broker of Rice-Packett Real Estate Agency. He has been actively engaged in the real estate business since 1964. Marion's formal education was obtained from American University and Virginia Commonwealth University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate. Marion holds the designations of GRI, Graduate of the Realtors® Institute of Virginia and CRS, Certified Residential Specialist of which only 5% of all real estate licensees in the United States have attained.
Marion has served as past president of the Northern Neck Association of Realtors® as well as leadership roles in his church and community. He is an avid hunter and fisherman as well as an exceptional bench rest marksman. |

rprea@verizon.netCarolyn Packett is the wife of Marion and the associate broker of Rice-Packett. Carolyn became actively involved in 1976. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Mathematics from American University in Washington D. C. She also holds the designations of GRI and CRS. Carolyn brings a love of her community, being a founding member of the Richmond County YMCA and holding several leadership positions in her church and other civic organizations. Carolyn brings a passion for her profession and genuine concern for the seller and buyers that she serves.

Kelly Walters

rprea@verizon.net Kelly Walters has been with Rice-Packett for over 11 years. She has meticulously managed every detail of our clients' and customers' real estate needs and has recently joined our team as a licensed agent. Kelly's experience includes over 10 years as a real estate legal assistant before coming to Rice-Packett. She continues to further her real estate career as she pursues her GRI designation. Like Marion and Carolyn, Kelly is a native of the Northern Neck and lives here with her husband and their teenage daughter. Kelly takes an active role in the local high school where her daughter attends and other sports activities including Little League and Travel Softball. Kelly will tirelessly assist a Buyer to find the perfect property. |
